Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s Degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her practicum with the Veteran’s Administration in Colorado Springs and Pueblo on the Substance Abuse Treatment Program unit where she was fortunate enough to work with Veterans on an individual basis, in group therapy, and in the Partial Hospitalization Program. Jessica completed her graduate internship with Mental Health Services at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs where she worked with a wide variety of student needs, and was trained by leading clinicians in their respective specialities. Jessica completed her post-degree training here at Neurofeedback Colorado Springs, Inc. where she received training in neuropsychology and neurofeedback from the region’s leading Neuropsychologist. Her therapeutic lens and primary focus is with interpersonal trauma and attachment injuries, although she has had success in treating clients with a broad range of presenting considerations to include depression, anxiety, adjustment, and grief and loss, among others. In her downtime, Jessica loves hanging out with her seven year-old daughter. Together they try to hike, camp, practice yoga, and watch movies as much as they can.
