Jess Pearson-Allen, M.Ed., BCBA
Predoctoral Intern
Jess Pearson-Allen is a licensed behavior analyst and doctoral candidate supervised by Dr. Emily Inman. She has over 15 years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and/or ADHD as well as other developmental disorders. Jess is ABD in her Ph.D. Program in School Psychology with an emphasis in neuropsychology at Texas Woman’s University. Jess earned her master’s degree in Special Education at The University of North Texas (UNT), where she also earned two graduate academic certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Interventions.
At the Center for Cognitive Health, Jess provides neuropsychological assessment services to children and adults. She is passionate about providing compassionate, high quality mental health and psychological services to individuals and families. She works to ensure clients feel comfortable throughout their assessment and that they leave feeling good about their overall experience. Jess utilizes a biopsychosocial approach to assessment, working diligently to consider all facets of an individual’s background, identity, and lived experiences.
